TRAC is the Official Partner to Provide Transportation for Hotel Guests

Last month, TRAC officially became the partner of The Grand Mansion Menteng, a 5-star hotel in Jakarta's Ring 1 area. This collaboration allows TRAC to provide luxury transportation to support the hotel guests’ mobility.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between TRAC and The Grand Mansion Menteng was held in front of the media on Wednesday (7/26). TRAC’s Chief Operating Officer, Halomoan Fischer, and the General Manager of The Grand Mansion, Menteng Angela Lazuardi, also attended the meeting.

This collaboration is expected to be the one-stop solution for guest transportation, ensuring high-quality services and convenience in business and vacation purposes.

“We are very excited for today. We hope TRAC and The Grand Mansion Menteng will continuously enhance their quality of services and provide a satisfactory experience for the hotel guests as well as the community in Central Jakarta. This collaboration also forms a positive synergy to unfold a solution for the tourism industry in Jakarta, including MICE,” Halomoan Fischer stated.

3 Vehicle Rental Services

Airport Shuttle

This service facilitates the Grand Mansion’s guests with convenient airport transfers, from Soekarno Hatta International Airport or Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport.

Daily Service

In addition to the airport transfer service, TRAC provides a car rental with a driver from 4 to 12 hours. Hotel guests no longer have to look for any means of transportation during their visit to Jakarta.

Zone-Based Shuttle

Unlike the daily service, the zone-based shuttle specifically accommodates the guest’s mobility from one place to another. The cost is calculated based on the route taken.

There is also a free shuttle service for guests who need to wander around Central Jakarta, including hospitals and public malls around Bundaran Hotel Indonesia (HI).

This collaboration’s objective is not only to provide luxury services for hotel guests but also TRAC’s endeavors to expand its market, especially in Central Jakarta.

TRAC also provides pick-up and drop-off locations in the parking area of The Grand Mansion Menteng. It allows hotel guests to pick up or return TRAC units without having to go to the TRAC branch offices.
