  • Promo applies for:
    • Self-drive Car Rental & Car Rental with driver
    • Bus Rental is including Small Bus, Medium Bus and Big Bus (promo excludes for Luxury Bus)
  • Promo excludes Toll Fees & Attraction Tickets
  • Promo applies for transaction via TRACtoGo app.
  • Promo applies according to vehicles stock availability at each TRAC branches .
  • Self-drive car rental service will through a verification process. It is a mandatory for customer to submit their ID Card, driving license (SIM A), corporate ID Card & an active corporate email
  • Reservations and bookings for bus services must be confirmed 4 days before departure date.
  • This promo cannot be combined with other promo programs.
  • Penalty fees will be charged to customers for late returns starting from Rp. 100,000/hour (scales depending on the order package & does not apply for returning in Sunday)
  • Customers are allowed to reschedule their booking a maximum of one time. Rescheduling will be determined by available vehicles in the city of departure.
