  Hiring of Electric Vehicle

  • All payments are paid in advance
  • Reservation must madee at least 12 hours prior rental time for ordering through the TRACtoGo app & TRAC Customer Center.
  • Walk-in customer is allowed depends on the availability of the unit in shelter/outlet.
  • For car rental period extension confirmation is required via TRAC Customer Assistance Center for notification & customer will be charged the additional fee
  • Customers are required to pick up & return vehicles during TRAC operational hours, from 08.00 to 20.00 according to the place informed at the beginning of the rental
  • TRAC will verify a valid KTP/Passport (foreigner) and driving license before accepting the order.
  • If we cannot receive customer orders, we will inform the customer directly

   

   

  Delivery Unit

  • Customers are required to show proof of order & original identity (KTP/Passport & SIM) during the handover process
  • Customers are required to fill in the ""Health Declaration"" form sent by our officers, especially for services using drivers
  • Customers are required to sign a rental agreement during the unit handover process
  • Before receiving & using the vehicle, the customer is required to re-examine the physical condition of the unit, both exterior and interior of the vehicle. If the customer is not satisfied with the condition of the vehicle, the customer can immediately inform it and provide a note on the vehicle checklist provided. If the customer accepts and uses the vehicle without agreeing to the condition of the vehicle, the customer will be assumed to accept the condition of the vehicle as it is.
  • Customers must take good care of the exterior and interior of the vehicle

   

   

  Charging Thee Vehicle

  • On our Electric Vehicles, customers are required to charge only at places recommended by our staff. Here are the charging station positions: Lekjon (tuk-tuk area), Batuhoda Beach hub and Lumban Suhi-suhi village hub

   

   

  During Trip

  • Customers must follow the guidelines & maps provided by our team regarding recommended and avoided routes
  • Customers must ensure that the smartphone is always active during the rental period for smart car key needs (Prius, PHEV & C+Pod units)
  • Customers should pay attention to the vehicle battery level
  • The customer will be responsible for the unit withdrawal service fee if there is negligence during use
  • Customers are required to inform our team, if there is an error or damage to the unit, especially in the event of an accident, theft & loss of vehicle accessories
