Experiencing electric vehicle in Nusa Dua Bali

Term and Conditions

• Hiring of Electric Vehicle

  • All rental fee will be paid in advance
  • Electric Vehicle reservation must be made at least 12 hours prior rental period. (applied for order via TRAC Customer Assistance Center, TRACtoGo and M-Toyota).
  • Walking customer is allowed depends on availability of the unit in shelter/ pool.
  • For car rental period extension, confirmation is required via TRAC Customer Assistance Center for notification and customer will be responsible for the additional charges.
  • The vehicle must be picked up and returned during our office hours from 08.00 to 20.00 at agreed location.
  • Customer need to provide a valid Personal ID and Driving licence in order to make a reservation and transaction with us. If we are unable to accept your order, we will contact you shortly

   

   

  Delivery Unit

  • Customer must show a valid booking receipt and real identity (ID Card/ Passport, Driving Licence) at the time of handover unit.
  • Customer must fill health declaration form.
  • Customer must sign our rental agreements during hand over unit
  • Before using the Vehicle, customer must recheck the Vehicle conditon both exterior and interior, are in a good condition. The vehicle condition will be agreed between both parties (TRAC and customer) at the early stages of hand over and must be returned as is. Any condition occured apart from the agreement, will be obliged to the customer for additional repair charge.
  • Customer shall take good and proper care of the Vehicle, including its accessories.

   

   

  Charging the Vehicle

  • Customer must charge the electric vehicles in the charging station based on our recommendation.

   

   

  During the trip

  • Please follow the guidelines and map provided by our team regarding the routes that are recommended and restricted.
  • Please ensure your phone is active during rental period to unlock the car key (Unit Prius PHEV and C+Pod).
  • Please always be aware of your battery level.
  • Customer shall be responsible for any towing cost charges caused by customerr neglect or misuse.
  • Customer must promptly notify us for any default with the Vehicle such as unit down, accident case, unit stolen and any material/accessories loss or damage.

  1. Toyota Coms (EV)

  Do:

  • Top Speed 40 - 50Km/hour on a flat road.
  • For 1 passenger only

  Don’t

  • Top Speed > 50Km/hour
  • Avoid route that has medium to high inclination roads
  • Avoid Tegeh Street and Uluwatu area.
  • For 1 passenger only

   

   

  1. Toyota C+Pod

  Do:

  • Top Speed 50 - 55Km/hour on a flat road or a low inclination roads.
  • Suitable for 2 passengers only

  Don’t:

  • Top Speed > 55Km/hour
  • Avoid route that has medium to high inclination roads
  • Avoid Avoid Tegeh Street and Uluwatu area.
