The PRJ event, also known as the Jakarta Fair (or Djakarta Fair in the past), is a signature event in Jakarta, celebrating over 50 years of tradition since its inception in 1968. Originally held at Monas Square, the Jakarta Fair moved to JIExpo Kemayoran in 1992, where it continues to thrive today.

Initiated to commemorate Jakarta’s anniversary, the PRJ isn’t just a week-long event; it spans over a month. In 2024, PRJ will run for 33 days, from June 12 to July 14. With the fair coinciding with school holidays, it’s a popular short holiday destination for families.

What’s Going On at PRJ 2024?

How to Buy PRJ 2024 Tickets and Their Prices

PRJ tickets are available both online and offline. TRAC recommends purchasing your tickets online through their official website at https://jakartafair.co.id/. Simply click the “Beli Tiket” button which means “Buy Ticket”, in the top right corner, and you’ll be directed to the sales page.

Buying tickets online can save you from long entrance queues and ensure you don’t miss out on concert tickets by purchasing them in advance.

PRJ 2024 ticket prices vary, so make sure you choose the right one! General admission tickets without concert access are priced from IDR 40,000 on weekdays to IDR 60,000 on weekends.

Regular concert tickets, which include entrance fees, range from IDR 80,000 to IDR 120,000, depending on the day. If you want to get closer to the stage, VIP concert tickets are available. These include entrance fees and cost between IDR 100,000 and IDR 180,000.

Payment Methods at PRJ 2024

All tenants at PRJ 2024 accept non-cash payments, including QRIS, debit, and credit cards. Some vendors, particularly those selling snacks around the exhibition area, may accept cash payments. It’s a good idea to carry some cash, especially in small denominations like IDR 10,000 and IDR 20,000, for those iconic PRJ snacks.

Where to Park Your Ride?

Parking can be a challenge at PRJ every year, and PRJ 2024 is no exception. If you’re planning to bring a car, remember to prepare an electronic money card for payment.

• The one-time parking fee for a car is IDR 35,000, valid from morning to night. Be sure to park in official parking areas and avoid illegal roadside parking. The organizers have designated four official parking areas:
• Commercial Center Building Parking Area: Accessed from Gate 9
• North Parking Area: Accessed from Gate 3
• East Parking Area: Accessed from Gates 1 and 2
• West Parking Area: The largest parking area, accessed from Gate 6A, and conveniently close to a temporary exit.
