The Sound Project (August 9-11, 2024)

August isn’t just about music concerts; it’s also a highly anticipated month for cycling enthusiasts. The Tour de Prambanan (TdP) 2024 is part of the Indonesia Cycling Series season.

This year’s TdP features a 115KM route through the scenic Sleman Regency and its surroundings. As you cycle, don’t miss the chance to take in the stunning beauty of Prambanan Temple.

The 90 Festival (August 10-11, 2024)

Sheila on 7 “Tunggu Aku ” Concert (August 10 and 31, 2024)

Following their successful concert in Samarinda on July 27, 2024, Sheila on 7 continues their tour with performances in Makassar on August 10 and Pekanbaru on August 31.

Ruang Indonesia Festival (August 16-18, 2024)

Known as RI Fest, this event is back for its third edition. RI Fest Vol.3 will take place on August 16-18, 2024, at Gambir Expo, JIExpo Kemayoran. This three-day music festival will feature a diverse lineup of musicians from various genres.

Performers include Tulus, Hindia, JKT 48, NDX AKA, Denny Caknan, and Guyon Waton, among many others. With dozens, if not hundreds, of musicians participating, RI Fest promises an unforgettable experience for all music lovers.

Sabang Merauke Showcase (August 17-18, 2024)

This event is not just a regular concert; it’s a grand artistic performance involving hundreds of artists. The Sabang Merauke Showcase combines compelling storytelling, beautifully arranged national and regional songs, and impressive stage design.

This musical and theatrical extravaganza will feature performances by Yura Yunita, Isyana Sarasvati, Mirabeth Sonia, and other celebrated musicians from Indonesia.

LaLaLa Festival (August 23-25, 2024)

Another thrilling music festival this month is the LaLaLa Festival, taking place at the Jakarta International Expo from August 23-25, 2024.
