BXSea first opened its doors to the public after a soft opening ceremony on December 15, 2023. Since then, the aquarium has been enriching its collection.

Right now, it's home to approximately 17,000 marine organisms, with ambitions to expand to 25,000 from 140 different species by the grand opening in March 2024.

Spanning an impressive 7,354 square meters, BXSea features about 54 distinct displays, including 44 freshwater and saltwater aquariums, plus 10 terrariums. This variety allows visitors to explore other artificial ecosystems, such as river environments and rainforests.

The centerpiece of BXSea is a magnificent 35-meter-long glass tunnel that offers an immersive underwater experience. This dome and tunnel, the largest in Southeast Asia, measure 2.4 meters wide and 2.8 meters tall, ensuring a comfortable and spacious journey for all.

Location and Operating Hours

Conveniently located in the Bintaro Xchange 2 Mall (BXC2), BXSea is the perfect spot to combine shopping and marine exploration. The aquarium spans two levels, B1 and B2, creating an expansive marine adventure.

To enter, simply use the entrance situated between BXC1 and BXC2, which leads directly to the main lobby of BXSea. Aligned with the mall's schedule, BXSea is open seven days a week, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

This means you can easily plan a visit around your shopping spree or even choose BXSea as a lively evening destination with friends. Whether it’s a midday break or a post-work excursion, BXSea offers a versatile experience fitting into any part of your day.

BXSea Bintaro Ticket Prices: Choose Your Adventure

At BXSea Bintaro, your underwater journey comes with flexible options. You can select from three unique visit packages, each tailored to different preferences and experiences: Short Journey, Long Journey, and VIP. These packages are thoughtfully priced, ensuring there's something for everyone.

Currently, as we celebrate our opening, only the Long Journey package is available, offering an extensive exploration for IDR 150,000 - IDR 175,000.

Soon, you'll also have the option to pick the Short Journey package, an affordable choice for a quick dive into the marine world. This budget-friendly package is priced at IDR 75,000 on weekdays and IDR 85,000 on weekends.

Details about the VIP package, offering an exclusive experience, are yet to be announced. Please note that these ticket prices apply to guests over the age of three. Infants and toddlers under three years old enjoy complimentary entry.

Additionally, BXSea presents special packages for school field trips at advantageous prices, complete with excellent facilities. These educational group packages are available for a minimum of 30 participants, from playgroups to junior high schools, and require advance booking.
