1. If the CUSTOMER uses the vehicle without the services of a driver from TRAC, the following of use of the vehicle apply :

1. The vehicle user (user) must:
   1. Behave in an orderly manner; and/or
   2. Prevent things that can obstruct, endanger traffic security and safety or that can cause road damage.
2. The vehicle user shall drive reasonably and with full concentration. 
3. The vehicle user shall obey the provisions of command signs or prohibition signs, road markings, traffic signals, traffic movements, stopping and parking, sound and light warnings, maximum or minimum speed.
4. The vehicle user (user) and passengers must use safety belts.
5. The vehicle user are prohibited from driving the vehicle beyond the maximum speed limit set nationally and/or racing with other vehicles.
