Seger Beach and the Legend of Princess Mandalika

The topography o Seger Beach is somewhat different from other beaches. The beach's sand coalesces with rocks and coral hills adorned with the presence of Princess Mandalika Statue, adding a touch of serenity to this beach.

If you leave Seger Beach in awe, don't forget to return during the Bau Nyale festival and join the locals to hunt for the colorful sea worm. Lombok locals believe that those sea worms are the incarnation of Princess Mandalika. The beautiful princess is believed to have drowned herself in the ocean to shrug away from her suitors.
